Party on my needles

I have really enjoyed starting this project.  It would be great for a beginner.  If you are not sure which size you should do here are the finished measurements:

Small- approx 66” or 165 cm side to side and 13 1/2” or 33cm top to bottom

Large- approx86” or 215cm wide and 18” or 45 cm top to bottom.
